It was frustrating because my elderly mother relies on coffee first thing in the morning, and we had to trek down to get it instead. The pool, which I was really looking forward to, was closed, although it seemed ready for use from a distance. This misinformation didn’t help either. On the bright side, the staff was friendly and they accommodated our request for a lower-level room, which was great given my mother's difficulty with stairs. The location felt safe during the day, though I wouldn’t want to walk around there at night. You really get what you pay for here. It's okay for a quick stop, but I would look elsewhere if I needed a longer stay or more comfort.
